Remembrance Parade
Joint parade to Church for Remembrance service followed by parade back through Ware High Street.

Group Family Camp
This event was started in the late 1990s as a camp for Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and family members. Previous to this, a Father an Son camp had been run annually and which had originally been introduce into the Group by John Hovell (SL) in the early 1980s 

May / Jun

Open Evening / Annual General Meeting) This annual event is organised as an open meeting for parents to approve previous minutes and present financial information. To formally elect next years committee members and introduce the Leaders to parents.  It is also a time when competition winners from Beavers, Cubs and Scouts are rewarded for their past years achievements

Church service followed by parade through Ware High Street

Dickensian evening

The Dickensian evening is the second biggest fundraiser event of the year. Normally there is a stall selling hotdogs, burgers and Mulled Wine

Ware Rotary Club Fireworks Fundraising
Fireworks Fundraising event is one of our main autumn fundraising events. Ware Rotary Club normally asked the group to provide assistance in patrolling the cordoned off areas around the fire and firework display area.

Ware Carnival and Fete

Fundraising stalls in the Ware priory gardens selling hotdogs, burgers, and tombola and follows the Ware Carnival procession.
